    We needed a “Walk in shower” for a lot of reasons. I had four conditions: the company had to be local (or reasonably close to Williamsburg), the materials installed had to be “top quality ,” the installation had to be excellent, and, extremely important, “customer service” had to be responsive. Virginia Shower and Bath met (exceeded, really) all my conditions. We are very happy with our beautiful walk in shower — as for “customer service” you can count on them!.

I had to wait three months for install due to material but once everything was in Tyler immediately set me up for my installation.
