I absolutely love my new stand in shower

I absolutely love my new stand in shower which was a tub conversation. I had to wait three months for install due to material but once everything was in Tyler immediately set me up for my installation. The installation team was professional and the job was complete in two days. I highly recommend Va Bath and Shower and again I love love my new stand in shower.

We needed a “Walk in shower” for a lot of reasons. I had four conditions: the company had to be local (or reasonably close to Williamsburg), the materials installed had to be “top quality ,” the installation had to be excellent, and, extremely important, “customer service” had to be responsive. Virginia Shower and Bath met (exceeded, really) all my conditions. We are very happy with our beautiful walk in shower — as for “customer service” you can count on them!.

Problem was finally resolved.

There were issues with the shower door, but after two tries the problem was finally resolved.

I would like to start off by saying this company is awesome! Ross was very detailed and thorough when it came to the demonstration. The crew did an even better job installing both showers I had replaced. Both were shower and tub combos that required a lot of work because of the unforeseen labor. I would recommend using this company and I will use them in the future.

We had reps come out and discuss the shower replacements for our bath and our kids bath. We chose to do a stand up shower in ours and a soaker tub in the kids bath. They have tons of customized options as far as patters , grout, shelving, doors, etc. Because our bathrooms are too small for a larger bathtub, we are very excited that a soaker tub is an option! The process was very easy, and our reps were very kind and clear. They worked with us to get to the price point we felt comfortable with, while still getting exactly what we wanted. We are very excited to get the ball rolling with installation! I will post an update on quality of the showers with pictures, but so far we are happy with the customer service!

My children really love their new walk in shower, it looks so wonderful and it give them a lot of space. I will give 5 star because we are so happy on there works, very professional and on time. They done it in a day.

I am very impressed with every aspect of VA Shower and Bath from: Sales, Randy Hargis who was professional in his presentation and follow up and very quickly responded to any and all questions by phone or text; to Scheduling, Jessica, who was informative, set up an approximate date and then actually confirmed the approximate date as my install date, she listened well and was professional BUT caring; to Install, Stephan, David and Nate who quickly and efficiently installed my new shower with great skill, establishing lines of communication, protecting my floors, cleaning up at the end, each Installer had their own job and assisted each other as needed. It was evident that all these people had excellent training in addition to excellent people skills. It was obvious that Jessica used great care in hiring her Installers. So why only four stars??? My only disappointment and complaint was the financing. I put down 50% of the total project on August 18 and was told I had been financed by their finance company. However when the job was completed and I signed the paperwork to acknowledge receipt of the loan, the next day I received a phone call from Sandy Wilson in finance that my loan had expired and I would need to pay the amount remaining in full that day. I had depended on the loan for which I had been approved in July, to pay my balance. Ms. Wilson insisted I pay the balance in full immediately. I had to nearly liquidate my bank accounts to pay in full. Suppose I didn't have the balance in full in my accounts? What happened between Friday when I was scheduled for installation and asked to sign the loan papers on job completion and Tuesday when the job was installed and completed? I followed all instructions for down payment and accepted installation when the company scheduled it. I did EVERYTHING requested of me why was my loan allowed to expire? I will and do love my shower which was a safety need for me!

She went to great length to understand our needs, to educate us on the process to remodel our shower, and finally to offer a variety of affordable solutions. Unfortunately we had to postpone our project for a few months.......but rest assured that Tiphney will be getting a call back from us. She's a winner!!!
